Maureen E. Brady, a popular local speaker, has served as a volunteer at the Schaumburg Family History Center (FHC) for over a dozen years. She is the Director of the Buffalo Grove FHC and of the new facility at Crystal Lake. Maureen has done extensive research on her lines in both Tennessee and Scotland.
Martin Diestler is an attorney who has lectured, taught, and written articles on German research. He was Director of the Family History Center in Naperville, IL for twenty years and is a past President of Palatines to America.
Eric G. Grunset, Library Director for the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution and co-author of the 1997 publication American Genealogical Research at the DAR, is a well-known lecturer at many regional and national conferences. A twelfth-generation Virginian, Eric is a past President of The Virginia Genealogical Society and current Vice-president of NGS.
Paul Milner is a communications specialist who has designed workshops and lectured for the past 20 years. He is President of the British Interest Group of Illinois and Wisconsin (BIGWILL) and a board member of the Genealogical Speakers Guild and of the Federation of Genealogical Societies.
Mary Egloff Storbeck, owner of Storbeck's Genealogy Books, CD-ROMS, Maps and Supplies, has been a familiar face as a vendor at DCGS conferences for many years. She has spent 25 years researching her family lines. Mary and her husband, Bob Storbeck, previously sold computer hardware and software to small businesses.
